Clay class begins January 17th, 2018

2018 started out very busy with a workshop at BAYarts in Bay Village.  The group of 10, which included me, explored glazing techniques.  Wax resist is a most difficult technique to teach as the technique has many variables like the thickness of the glaze to the moisture in the air.  We all had a good time!

With the busy start to the New Year I will be pushing back the starting day of the next class session one week.
Maybe the cold has you hibernating or cabin fever is about to drive you crazy.  If the latter is true sign up for a clay class.
Classes resume January 17th.
WHEN:  Wednesday evening January 17th or Thursday morning January 18th for 6 weeks.
TIME:  Wednesday evening 6:00-8:30pm or Thursday morning 11:00am-1:30pm.
FEE:  $150.00 which includes the use of most materials such as tools, clay, glaze and firing.  Bring an apron, towel and a few brushes.
WHAT is OFFERED?  Handbuilding and wheelwork is offered to all levels of experience.  Remember to... Bring an apron, towel and paint brushes.  I can show you what brushes to purchase during the first class session.
WHO?  Adults or young old souls!
WHERE?  Located in Novelty (AKA Russell Township) in the barn out back.  13796 Chillicothe Rd. Novelty, Ohio  44072
Let me know of any special requests you may want to explore with clay and glaze and I can see what I can do for you.  theresayondo@gmail.com

Some changes for the New Year include the closing of Gestures/ArtistTree in Rocky River and The H'Art of Chagrin in Chagrin Falls.  Thank you Val and Chris from Gestures.  A privilege to have worked with the two of you for 9 years.  Good luck Debra at the H'Art of Chagrin on your next adventure.

Please forward to a friend you think may be interested in this information and if you would like to be added to this email list let me know.

Thank you and have a great year,
