Open Studio at the Screw Factory November 5th 1-7, 2011

This Saturday November 5th, I will be a visiting artist at the Screw Factory in Lakewood.
I am so honored to be invited as a visiting artist to the studio of dovecote.  The studio of Teresa
Crompton, Sarah Darby and Kathy Patton.  See details below.....
The Screw Factory Artists are hosting their one day open studio featuring the work of over 30 artists. They open their studio doors only four times a year. This is not an event to be missed! In addition, the artists will host visiting artists within their studios. The Open Studio continues to grow each year and offers shoppers a chance to get a jump on their holiday shopping.

The building has an eclectic variety of media including functional and sculptural ceramics, drawing, painting, mixed media, handmade bags, fiber arts, sculpture, glass work, jewelry, mosaics and printmaking.
Participating Resident Artists: Ann Caywood Brown, Libby Chaney, Kristen Cliffel, Martha Cliffel, Sarah Darby, Gina DeSantis, Robb Durr, Katie Hanrahan, Freddy Hill (Bomb Factory Furniture), Michael Hudecek (Forest City Portage), Phyllis Kohring Fannin, Sandy Millman (Yours Truly), Michelle Mowery, M.C. Nagel, Mary Beth Norton, Martin O’Connor, Kathryn Patton, Daniel Pruitt, Ryu Sakebi Studio, Kate Tobin & Achala Wali.
Visiting artists*: Andrew Kaletta, Amy Budzar Sebold, Christine Fowler Sheerer, Mallorie Freeman, Phoebe Marie Nelson, Kim Schoel, Ruth Sholtis-Furyes, SBevis Designs, U. Spotts & Theresa Yondo.
The building which houses the studios (currently the Lake Erie Building) was originally built as the manufacturing home for the Templar Automobiles. The Templar Motor Cars will be on display on the 3rd floor.
